In some countries Paddle.com sells Kin’s paid plans instead. For those orders Paddle.com is our online reseller and the merchant of record, and it handles their customer service inquiries and returns.

What you buy

Kin connects your accounts to the AI apps you use and lets you decide what each app may read, change or ask you first. Paid plans raise the limits on connected accounts, AI apps and actions. Pricing lists what each plan includes.

It is an online service. Nothing is shipped. It works in a current web browser, and the Kin apps are on Downloads.

Prices

  • Free: no charge, and no card needed.
  • Lite: $9 a month, or $96 a year.
  • Pro: $19 a month, or $192 a year.
  • Team: $25 a seat a month, or $240 a seat a year. At least 2 seats, so from $50 a month.
  • Enterprise: priced by agreement. Write to sales@kinlab.ai.

Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Stripe, or Paddle.com where it sells your plan, adds any tax that applies and shows the total on the checkout page before you pay. Kin adds no other fees. A bank may charge its own fee for a payment in US dollars.

Payment

By card or another method the checkout page offers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, or by Paddle.com where it sells your plan, and Kin never receives your full card number.

The first payment is taken at checkout. A plan that starts with a free trial is first charged when the trial ends, and only if a card is on file. After that, each payment is taken at the start of the month or year it pays for.

Service and renewal

The plan starts as soon as checkout finishes. It renews automatically each month or year, whichever you chose, until you cancel. There is no minimum term beyond the period you pay for.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Settings › Workspace and plan, or by email to support@kinlab.ai. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancel during a free trial and nothing is charged.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Terms. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded, and a refund goes back to the way you paid.

Where Paddle.com sold your plan, Paddle.com handles its refunds, under Paddle’s refund policy.

  • In South Africa, cancel within 7 days of paying and the plan ends then, with the payment refunded in full.

Records, privacy and complaints

Stripe, or Paddle.com where it sold your plan, emails a receipt for every payment. Settings › Workspace and plan shows your plan, and its billing page your invoices.

The Privacy policy says what Kin collects and why. The Terms apply to every plan.

決済完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます。
契約期間・自動更新
ご選択の期間（1か月または1年）ごとに自動で更新され、解約されるまで継続します。最低契約期間はありません。
返品・キャンセル
オンラインサービスのため、返品はありません。解約は「Settings › Workspace and plan」からいつでも、またはsupport@kinlab.aiへのメールで行えます。解約後もお支払い済みの期間の終了までご利用いただけ、以降の請求はありません。無料トライアル中に解約された場合、料金はかかりません。返金は利用規約（Refunds）の定めによります。重複・誤りによる請求は全額返金します。

Full price

VAT included, as Stripe charges it at checkout:

  • Lite: $10.35 a month, or $110.40 a year.
  • Pro: $21.85 a month, or $220.80 a year.
  • Team: $28.75 a seat a month, or $276 a seat a year. At least 2 seats, so from $57.50 a month.

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe adds South Africa’s VAT (15%) and shows the total before you pay. Nothing else is added.

Minimum duration
None beyond the month or year you pay for. A plan renews until you cancel.
Delivery
Online, as soon as checkout finishes.
Cancelling, returns and refunds
Cancel anytime, as under Cancelling. There is nothing to return or exchange. You may cancel within 7 days of paying and get the payment back in full (ECTA s.44); the plan then ends at once. Other refunds follow the Terms.
Records
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, which you can keep and print.
Privacy and payment security
The Privacy policy covers your personal information. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Kin never receives your full card number.
Codes and memberships
Kin Computing, Inc. belongs to no self-regulatory body and subscribes to no code of conduct or alternative dispute resolution code.
